Saxet Realty, Inc. was founded in May of 1995 in Pensacola, FL.    Initially,  a subsidiary of a local real estate development company,  Saxet branched out on its own in 1998 to become one of Northwest Florida's premier Tenant Rep "boutique" brokerage houses serving all of North Florida and Southern Alabama. 

From their offices in Northwest Florida,  Saxet has/had exclusive brokerage relationships with many national and regional retailers and restaurant chains, including:   Office Depot, Haverty's Furniture, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, Starbucks,  Hollywood Video,  Raving Brands, Quiznos Subs,   Cold Stone Creamery,  Radio Shack and others.  

Saxet's new office in Canyon Lake, TX handles the Ruby Tuesday franchise account for the San Antonio area, but will primarily focus on Real Estate Development-related site selection and acquisition & development services providing sourcing, brokerage, project management and/or consulting services during the entire development process.  AND NEW to its line of services, Buyer/Seller Representation for Land/ Ranch acquisition and disposition in the Texas Hill Country (From Austin to San Antonio).

Business Philosophy

Saxet's goal is to provide a symphony of Real Estate Services all working in harmony together to accomplish it's "one on one" custom commercial real estate site selection services for its clients.   This includes:  in-depth analysis regarding market planning and strategy of when, how and where to enter a market;   trade area definition based on the client's user/customer profiles;  financial feasibility; site selection;  logistical feasibility; site negotiation and follow-through until store/ unit opening.    Full "hands on" individual service, custom-tailored to each individual client's needs.

Saxet's basic tenet is "TRUST".    A "black and white" real estate company in a "gray" profession makes Saxet one of the most trusted tenant rep/ commercial real estate brokerage firms in the industry.   Just ask any of its clients.

Cynthia M. Griffin is the President and Broker for Saxet Realty, Inc.    Though typically a one-person office,  when necessary,  Saxet hires qualified, motivated and trusted consultants to help carry out its objectives in a timely manner with guaranteed quality .  

Ms. Griffin's , education, background and 24 years of commercial real estate experience help her to provide unparalleled Custom Commercial Real Estate Services.   With a B.S. Degree in Landscape Architecture and a M.S. degree in Land Development,  coupled with real estate brokerage licenses in Florida, Alabama and Texas,  an extensive real estate development background,  Tenant Rep background, and a Florida State-Certified General RE Appraiser license,  Ms. Griffin is well-equipped to handle the full scope of the Real Estate development process.
