Ms. Griffin's , education, background and 30 + years of commercial real estate experience combine to ensure unparalleled Custom Commercial Real Estate Services. With a B.S. Degree in Landscape Architecture and a M.S. degree in Land Development, current real estate brokerage licenses in both Texas and Florida, an extensive real estate development background, Tenant Representation background, Commercial Sales and Leasing background, and Florida and Texas State-Certified General RE Appraiser licenses, Ms. Griffin is expertly equipped to handle the full scope of Real Estate acquisition, development and disposition processes.

SAXET Realty, Inc. was founded in May of 1995 in Pensacola, Florida. Initially, a subsidiary of a local real estate development company, SAXET branched out on its own in 1998 to become one of Northwest Florida's premier Tenant Rep "boutique" brokerage houses serving all of North Florida and Southern Alabama.
From their offices in Northwest Florida, SAXET has/had exclusive brokerage relationships with many well-known national and regional retailers and restaurant chains, including: Office Depot, Haverty's Furniture, Ruby Tuesday Restaurants, Starbucks, Autozone, Hollywood Video, Raving Brands, Quiznos Subs, Cold Stone Creamery, Radio Shack and others.
SAXET has since opened its second and primary location in Canyon Lake, Texas - in the heart of the Texas Hill Country immediately south of Austin and north of San Antonio. This has proven to be a great location to handle commercial needs for both markets and everything in-between. SAXET continues to focus on Real Estate development-related site selection, acquisition, disposition & development services to include providing sourcing, brokerage, project management and/or consulting services during the entire development process.
